This is full circle for the Giguiere family: Sauvignon Blanc was the first wine the family produced at R.H. Phillips in 1983. The appeal is the same, the grape grown in the region produces pretty floral notes of honeysuckle and tuberose with fresh, clean flavors of green apple, lime zest and freshly mown grass. The snappy finish keeps this light and refreshing. The perfect quaff with a light salad or, the classic, freshly shucked oysters.
