Our 2023 Herdsman Rose captures all the goodness of fresh-picked Cabernet Sauvignon: aromas of rose petal and elderflower with flavors of raspberry, strawberry and marshmallow cream. A slight spritz and key lime note add a refreshing finish.Winemaker Notes
Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon was co-fermented with 25% Petit Verdot to bump up the flavor and color in our estate blend. The juice of the blend was “bled” off to create a complex and flavorful Rose. The Herdsman Rose of Cabernet was then aged in stainless steel to retain the beautiful aromas, fresh flavors and delicate texture.Pairings
